Our Process
We have worked years to perfect our process, which we believe provides excellent service and design for each client. Our process is outlined below:
Client exploration meeting (1-2 hours): Review your inspiration photos and discover your priorities to produce a working Design Deck.
Schematic design: Curate a package for inspiration to assist in Vendor Selection meetings through Design Boards.
Development: We will meet with you at each vendor location to make selections based upon your design.
Builder and Client binder: Collection of all selections to present to builder and for your records, including a Finishes Schedule to assist in construction management.
Construction Management: Regular on-site walk-throughs with GC and subcontractors to ensure construction quality and design vision is executed properly.
